Investment project for residential building in Bansko, near Kempinski Hotel

Investment project for construction of a residential building with hotel-type apartments and garages in the ski resort of Bansko, only 900 m away from Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena. The size of the plot is 995 sq.m., the total area of the building is 3006.14 sq.m, while the common parts are 496.67 sq.m. The project is for a building on six floors. In the basement of the building are set eight parking spaces and two garages, as well as a sports center, consisting of a gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, massage, bar, toilets and storage area.

On the first floor of the project are planned seven apartments, on the second floor - eight apartments. Accordingly, on the third and fourth floors are planned eight and seven apartments.
