The company can designed quality furniture packages for the different types of apartments that include everything that one might need for living and for renting. The basic packages include standard furniture made of laminated chipboard. There are also packages with optimized cost, achieved through clear vision of the furniture and the lack of extras and accessories, but without compromising with the quality of the materials used.

The prices of the "Standard Equipment" package vary according to the type and size of the apartment. The furniture package includes the necessary furniture and equipment, without the small household items that anyone can easily buy according to one’s own taste.

The complex consists of a five-star hotel and several buildings with luxury holiday apartments. The apartments at the Panorama Buildings are part of the complex and are surrounded by lush gardens of greenery and small decorative rivers. There are 8 buildings in number in form of the letter C, arranged to provide panoramic sea views from all apartments. The buildings are of a low-rise , with a total unfolded built-up area of the complex - 8429 sq.m, set over a plot of 5290 sq.m. The available holiday apartments are 108 in number, including studios (2 pcs.), one-bedroom apartments (80 pcs.) and two-bedroom apartments (26 pcs.). The holiday units are categorized with 4 stars. All apartments in the 8 Panorama buildings come with individual air conditioners - one for each apartment and have fully equipped kitchens.

Panorama apartments
The studios are comfortable, with an area between 32 and 40 sq.m and feature a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bathroom/wc, bedroom and balcony, cable TV, Internet and phone.

The one-bedroom apartments have an area of 55 sq.m and offer a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, dining and sitting area, bathroom/wc, balcony, cable TV, Internet and phone.

The two-bedroom apartments with an area of 70 - 90 sq.m are offering two bedrooms , two bathrooms/wc, living room and kitchen, dining and sitting area, balcony, cable TV, Internet and phone.

The Panorama buildings with holiday apartments are fully connected with the existing infrastructure of the complex Garden of Eden.

The apartments will be rented on a hotel basis by a registered management company. Owners shall pay an annual fee.

Reservation
The apartments in Panorama Buildings in complex Garden of Eden can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1500 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan

Standard Plan A
• 1500 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 40 % second installment within 2 months after the first installment.
• 30% third installment within 2 months after the second installment, at the transfer of the ownership rights.

Plan B deferred payment
• 1500 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 70% other installments as agreed with the investor, for apartments in buildings B4, C1, C2 and D is possible rescheduling by the end of 2014, and for apartments in buildings A, B1, B2 and B3 by July 2015

Plan C discount 3%
• 1500 non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 90% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 10 % second installment upon transfer of the ownership rights.
