Management and maintenance

Professional property management will be offered by a registered management company. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for maintenance of the complex of 9 Euro/sq.m. without VAT.

The fee includes the following services:

Helios Pomorie complex is located right on a sandy beach with views towards the picturesque pier with fishing boats. It enjoys a rich green park with beautiful sea view and is set near several spa centers nearby.

Not far from the complex are placed historical and cultural attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Pomorie has a very beautiful beach with an area of about 5 km and smooth flat seabed. The sand on the beach has healing properties as it is rich in iron and thus it looks like a fine black powder. The sea is shallow without rocks. In addition there is a lake with salt water, Pomorie lye, and ornithological center.

The complex is located 6 km from the airport of Bourgas and 20 km from the city itself.

Rental services

The apartments will be rented on a hotel basis by a registered management company. Owners shall pay an annual fee.

Plan of construction

The construction of the complex Helios Pomorie is completed and the buildings have permission for usage (Act 16) since 2007.

Payment

Reservation
Apartment complex Helios Pomorie can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan
Standard Plan A
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 30% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within one month;
• 40% second installment two months after the first installment;
• 30% third installment two months after the second installment.

Plan B discount
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 100% payment prior to transfer of the ownership of the property.
