The construction of the Admiral Plaza has started in 2012 and the complex was completed in July 2013. It has permission for usage (Act 16).

Payment

Reservation
Any apartment in complex Admiral Plaza can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan

Standard Plan A
� 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
� 100% payment prior to transfer ownership of the property;

Plan B deferred payment
� 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
