Newly-built house with garden near SPA resort Sandanski

We present to your attention a newly-built three-storey house with top location in fabulously beautiful rural countryside, with unique views and climate favorable for the treatment of many respiratory diseases. The property is located only 9 km (10 minutes) from the SPA resort Sandanski, about 10 km from Rupite, where the Bulgarian medium Baba Vanga lived and was buried, 12 km to the smallest town in Bulgaria Melnik, 80 km from ski resort Bansko, 120 km the Aegean Sea in Greece. The house is built on a hill, about 100 meters from the last houses in the village, nestled in the foothills of Pirin Mountain.
