Payment

Reservation
Any apartment in complex Sunny Holiday can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan

Standard Plan A
• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 100% payment within 30 days after the reservation, prior to transfer ownership of the property;

Plan B deferred payment
• 2000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• for a period of 1 year – no interest fee;
• for a period of 3 years with an interest fee on the amount that is remaining, after negotiation with the developer.
