The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee for the maintenance of the complex, as follows:
• Studio- 500 Euro per year
• One bedroom apartment - 600 Euro per year
• Two bedroom apartment - 800 Euro per year

The fee includes the following services:
• Ongoing development, maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary and plumbing;
• Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
• Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
• Operation and maintenance of the swimming pool during the summer months and their preparation for the winter;
• Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;
• General cleaning of common areas prior to the summer season;
• Other services and activities that the company deems necessary for the performance of assigned duties.

The complex is built according to all modern standards with materials of the highest quality, keeping it under strict control.

During the construction of the complex are used only high quality materials, namely:
• reinforced concrete and bricks;
• mineral plaster, hydro-and thermal insulation 5 cm and natural stone Travertine;
• Internal walls: cement, plaster, UPVC network latex.

Sweet Homes 3 is a holiday complex with spacious apartments, located in the central part of Sunny Beach. The complex is positioned at the same distance of 300 m from the beach and the largest aqua park in Bulgaria. In immediate vicinity there are many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. The beach can be reached on foot for about 5-8 minutes.

Holidaymakers come here for the eight kilometer beach with golden sand and the possibility of sun tanning, swimming and practicing various water sports. Sunny Beach is one of the most attractive resorts on the southern Black Sea coast. It is located 35 km from Burgas airport.

Sweet Homes 3 complex is in the process of construction and is completed in October 2015 and it is to obtain permission for usage (Act 16).
