All apartments in Aphrodite Gardens are offered for sale unfurnished with full furnishing package available at an additional fee. Suitable options are provided by the investor. The bathrooms are fully equipped with showers and ready for use.

They can design designed quality furniture packages for apartments in this complex to include everything you need for living and for rent. Basic packages include standard furniture items made of laminated chipboard. There are also packages with optimized cost, achieved through clear vision of the furniture and the lack of extras and accessories, but without compromising the quality of materials and workmanship.

Prices of the "Standard Equipment" package vary according to the type and size of the apartment. Furniture packages include the necessary furniture and equipment, without small household items that anyone can easily buy according to one’s own taste.

The complex Aphrodite Gardens consists of one building with four entrances - A, B, C and D. They are of six floors, serviced by four lifts - one for each entrance. The apartments are sold completely finished with a choice of studios, one-, two- or three bedrooms. Adjacent to the complex there is a large municipal park (with an area of 10 000 sq.m) which is the only park of that kind in the resort Sunny Beach. Most of the apartments have wonderful views to this lush park.

The building is designed in such a way as to guarantee maximum usage of all the advantages in the large park. There are sports facilities, separate game zone, recreation area, picnic areas. In the near future a small church will be constructed in the center of the park.

The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from one’s property.

Reservation
Each apartment in complex Aphrodite Gardens can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 20 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Standard Plan A
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 40% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 20 days after the deposit;
• 30% second installment 3 months after the first installment;
• 15% third installment upon receipt of Act 14;
• 15% fourth installment upon receipt of Act 15 and transfer of ownership.

Plan B 7% discount
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 80% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 20 days after the deposit;
• 10% second installment upon receipt of Act 14;
• 10% third installment upon receipt of Act 15 and transfer of ownership.

Plan C with deferred without interest
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 45% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract within 20 days after the deposit;
• 25% second installment duirng the first year;
• 20% third installment during the second year;
• 10% fourth installment during the third year.
