The main house was built in 1836. It has been expanded and transformed into a guesthouse in the 1950s. In 2003 has been done major refurbishment, restructuring and enlargement of the existing property /including replacement of all pipes and electrical systems, fitting of insulation, new roofs, etc./, transforming the property into a 3-star guesthouse and restaurant facility.
The complex comprises of the main house - on two floors; an extension to the house - on one level; a restaurant /housed in the old barn of the property/ with open-air barbecue area; kitchen and storage rooms; above them - an additional apartment, a superbly maintained garden, with a small playground; and a large enclosed parking space for the guests.

The village is centrally located in a picturesque valley of the Balkan Range Mountains, 15 km away from the town of Gabrovo, 45 km away from the town of Veliko Tarnovo /also a major tourist spot/, 201 km away from the Capital - Sofia and 250 km away from the Black Sea coast.
