• The internal layout of the building includes: 2 penthouses, 4 two-bedroom apartments, 7 one-bedroom apartments, 4 studios, reception / back office, SPA-center and restaurant / bar (126 sq.m), general warehouse and storage facilities to the apartments.

• The frame of the building - reinforced concrete frame filled with multi-chamber bricks Wienerberger;
• Thermal insulation of the building is made of EPS (expanded polystyrene, extruded - 100 mm., density 21 kg / cu.m.);
• Facade - a harmonious combination of aluminum composite "Etalbond" facade and decorative porcelain silicate fillers. Colour choices of the building will include: graphite gray, ivory and emerald green.
• Waterproofing and thermal insulation of flat roofing and outdoor terraces: a reliable multi-layer combination of paroizoliruyuschey membrane, XPS DOW 100 mm, Geotextile (400 g. / sq.m), PVC membrane, BSL 1,5 mm. (photos attached).
• Internal walls - finishing by the machine putty (Rofix). Drywall constructions are not used but in attic area.
• Glazing: panoramic windows with a large area of light that guarantees sea views from all corners of the room, with aluminum system (ETEM 40) featuring excellent thermo insulation, profiles are coated with a multilayer powder painting - graphite color (RAL 9007).
• Staircase is lined with natural stone (white).
• Hydraulic lift with low noise and engine room located at the bottom.
• Swimming pool - with the effect of “missing edge ~ infinity effect”, where surface visually merges with the sea surface, from which 1/4 of Bulgarian Black Sea coast from Cape Kaliakra to Cape Emine, including golf course areas, Golden Sands, Albena, St. Constantine and Elena may be seen.
