In close proximity is the Chataldja Market - there are many fast food restaurants, tea and coffee shops, fruits and vegetables are sold, a pay desk where one can pay the electricity, water-supply and telephone bills, clothing and shoes shops, foodstores.

On the territory of the area is located the Regional Hospital, book-stores, Piccadilly supermarket, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, cafes, a casino, specialized technical stores, wholesale of baby products, banks and mobile operators' offices, medical and dental offices.
