The investing company offers professional property management through a registered company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 12.6 Euro / sq.m including VAT per apartment per year for the maintenance of the complex.
The fee includes the following services:
Ongoing development, maintenance, mowing and watering of lawns and ornamental plants;
Ongoing maintenance of sanitary and plumbing;
Ongoing maintenance of the video surveillance and security systems for correct functioning;
Current cleaning, lighting and maintenance of common areas;
Operation and maintenance of the swimming pools during the summer months and their preparation for the winter;
Ongoing collection and disposal of garbage from the common area;

Blue Bay Palace 2 is a sumptuous gated complex of holiday apartments with waterfront location, positioned a minute away from the beach in Pomorie and surrounded by a forest. The complex is located at the resort Pomorie near "Incognito" Hotel and the complex "Sunset Resort".
Pomorie is a famous spa resort, known for the curative features of the mud and the excellent medical treatment centers and the provided weight loss programs. The beach is sandy and gently sloping. In Pomorie there is also a lovely old town, placed on the peninsula and a new town with many entertainment options.
Pomorie is located 20 km from the city of Burgas and only 8 km from the International Airport there, as well as 18 km from the town of Nessebar.
The apartments can be rented on a hotel basis by a registered company of the investors. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from ones property.
The construction of Building B in the complex Blue Bay Palace 2 will be completed in September 2015. The construction of Building C in the complex will be completed in September 2016.
Reservation
Each apartment in complex Blue Bay Palace 2 can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.
