Byala is a beautiful small town in the central part of the Bulgarian Black sea coast. It is 50 km south off the city of Varna and 70 km north off the city of Burgas. You can enjoy here the tranquility and nature, the warm sunny beams and virgin beaches.

The hotel offers for its guests 30 double rooms and an appartment, decorated in warm colours, furniture in the general colour of pear wood and fine fabrics, dark curtains.

Total build up area of the hotel is 2033 square meters. Plot size is 3870 square meters. It features an outdoor swimming pool with children's section and a large garden. On the west side of the hotel there is a parking lot with 20 parking spaces provided and a sport playground.

The hotel is in operation since May 2007.

The hotel is developed on five levels as follows:

Basement level - servicing rooms, laundry, conference hall, sauna and Jacuzzi with toilet;

First floor- main entrance, entrance to the pool and garden, lounge, reception, security room, kitchen, restaurant, 2 toilets for visitors (men/women), staff room;

Second floor- 12 identical rooms (6 with sea view and 6 with a park view) with private bathrooms, 1 HOTEL apartment with bathroom and balcony, housekeeping office, lobby.

Third floor- 12 identical rooms (6 with sea view and 6 with a park view) with private bathrooms, housekeeping office, lobby and a large terrace overlooking the sea.

Fourth floor- 5 rooms with sea view and large balconies; 4 of them are similar hotel rooms with private bathrooms, and one room with a large size and private bathroom with bathtub.

The hotel is in operation every summer season from May to September.

It is in excellent condition and is preferred by regular customers every year. There are reservations for season 2015. Tourists are mainly from Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
