Penbro Residence & Aparthotel complex is situated within the beautiful spa mountain village of Banya only 5 km from Bansko ski center, and 5km from the local administrative capital Razlog. It has a prime location on the main road from Banya to Bansko.

The cosy and intimate family Residence & Aparthotel offers a unique, modernised, owners house and the adjoining Aparthotel has six fully equipped s/c apartments on three floors each providing comfy luxury. The entire complex is built in local traditional Razlog-Chepino architectural style and set in a quiet gated garden area with secure private off street car parking. The owners residence and each apartment have a private security system and central heating throughout.

For guests enjoyment there is a quiet garden area and two barbecue areas, one covered.

The aparthotel opened in May 2003, and successfully established itself as a thriving business with substantial repeat local and foreign clients. However, due to ill health the current owners have restricted trading during the last few years.

The complex comprises four floors:

FIRST FLOOR:
The first floor has three separate areas

Also, most recently, mid-2012, the local Municipality is offering connection to the local Hot Mineral Water (57ºC) available in Banya to promote Mineral Spa and Hydro-therapy tourism in the village. This water has potential for use for heating the Hotel and House and for use in an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and for sauna/jacuzzie/hydro-therapy.

Locally there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants which serve excellent European and Bulgarian cuisine. Of special interest is that in Banya there are several hotels with hot mineral water indoor and outdoor swimming pools, with the nearest in the adjoining property.
