Aurora Apartments

The investor maintains the building with no contract for maintenance of the apartments. All owners are required to pay a fixed annual fee for maintenance of the complex at 8 Euro / sq m apartment with VAT.
The fee includes the following services:
• Maintenance of the complex;
• Maintenance of the common areas of the building;
• Maintenance and care of the green areas;
• All year-round security;
• Lights in the common areas on the territory of the complex;
• Lights in the common parts of the building.
