The investor maintains the building with no contract for maintenance of the apartments. All owners are required to pay a fixed annual fee for maintenance of the complex at 8 Euro / sq m apartment with VAT.

The construction of apartments "Aurora" was performed in the period 1.10.2012 - 01.05.2013. Permission for usage (Act 16) has been granted on 03.12.2014.
Reservation
Any apartment in Aurora can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1500 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 14 days.
No agency commission is charged.
