Two-storey Mountain Holiday Home 12 km from Tryavna

This property, constructed in the early 50’s, consists of approximately 600 sq.m. yard with a brick-built house - 74 sq.m. and a barn 42 sq.m. The yard is sloped and is borders with a forest (West), a road (East), a river and to the South and North with neighbouring houses, often visited only during the weekends or in the summer.

The house has two floors. The second floor was residential, while the first was used for animals and storage. The distribution of the second floor is two separate entrances leading to 2x2 adjoining rooms. Reconstruction of the space is not a problem, as long as the current distribution is kept. Remodelling and expansion of the second floor is possible. The roof is in good condition, however some windows and beams need replacement, as well as some of the walls should be renovated.
