"Emberli" is a gated apartment complex located in the fastest growing resort of non-commercial type on the southern Black Sea coast - Lozenets.
"Emberli" is the old name of Lozenets resort. A few years ago, Lozenets was a quiet village on the seashore, which was filled with Bulgarian tourists only in July and August. The concept for the design and construction of the development was prepared by a team of specialists from several companies involved in different aspects of the project implementation. The complex meets the highest requirements for modern trends of the 21st century and has a category - 4-star apartment hotel.
The complex has many amenities:
• Fenced own territory of 6 decares - green areas, alleys, trees, seating areas;
• Spacious lobby area;
• Free indoor parking on the fenced area of the complex;
• Huge swimming pool with separate areas for adults and children - lifeguard in the summer;
