We are pleased to be able to offer for sale four independent building plots in SUNSET VILLAS, a luxury holiday village which forms part of the SUNSET KOSHARITSA mini resort. All the plots have planning permission and the requisite service connections - electricity, water, sewage and roadways. The plots are located on the outskirts of a beautiful and well-cared for seaside village only 7 km away from the biggest Bulgarian seaside resort Sunny Beach.

The plots range in size from 420 to 592 m2 and are on offer at extremely attractive prices of only 32 Euros m2 One or more plots may be purchased, and adjacent plots or all of them may be merged into a single larger plot. Should all 4 plots (1910 m² in total) be purchased, the vendor is prepared to offer them for a total price of 50 000 Euro without VAT, or only 26 Euro/m².

The location is made particularly attractive by its close proximity to the beautiful and tranquil village of Kosharitsa. It is also approximately 7 km from Sunny Beach, the biggest Bulgarian seaside resort. Close by are the forests and foothills of the Stara Planina mountain range.

SUNSET VILLAS holiday village is located within the SUNSET KOSHARITSA mini resort. The complex is well developed and possesses many extras and amenities for relaxation and permanent residence. These include 6 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, a grocery shop, fitness centre, sauna and steam room, playground and many other amenities.

The holiday village covers an area of about 12 decares (or 3 acres) and consists of 18 plots. Each plot has a permit for the construction of single-family houses with a garden. All the plots have service connections and construction can start immediately. The area has local roads, barrier access and live security. The first 7 Mediterranean-style luxury villas have already been built.

At the request of the buyer, two or more plots can be combined into larger ones. Buyers can organise the construction of their villa independently with their own funds, or alternatively with the assistance of our development company which is the owner of plots, holiday village and all the infrastructure.

We currently have 5 house designs available. They vary in terms of footprint from 99 to 250m2. Any changes to the existing designs can be made at the request of the owner. We can complete the turnkey construction of the selected property within a period of 9 months ready to move in.

At our clients' request, our architects can create entirely new home designs.
The maximum height of the single family villas and houses permitted to be built within the SUNSET VILLAS holiday village is 2 floors.

The mini-resort is managed by our subsidiary PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BG. The company provides year- round maintenance and property management services.
