The settlement is a village in the Central part of Northern Bulgaria. It is located in Ivanovo municipality, Rousse district. It is 35 km away from Rousse, 167 km away from Varna and 298 km away from Sofia.
The village is located on the border of the Nature Park 'Rusenski Lom. The average altitude varies from 100 to 200 m. The relief is hilly-flat and is characterized by numerous springs suitable for sport fishing.
The village is a fully electrified and water-supplied village, with built communication networks and paved streets. The population is approximately 900 people. There is a road connection with the town of Ruse and the village of Ivanovo.
