The holiday base is located 4 kilometers from the town of Kalofer, Plovdiv district in the area of Panitsite and is the starting point for Botev peak and the highest waterfall in the Balkans - "Raiskoto praskalo" (125 m). It borders the Central Balkan National Park and the Jandema Reserve.
It is located 60 km from Plovdiv, 160 km from Sofia and 260 km from Bourgas.
The holiday base has a capacity of 50 people. It has 14 wooden houses, 5 of which are apartments (kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom). The other nine have the following interior layout: terrace, two separate rooms, shared corridor with bathroom. The area of the houses is from 29 m². to 42 m². Total built-up area of about 420 m². The houses are fully furnished with softwood furniture and upholstered furniture, the flooring is laminate, and the terraces and the bathroom are faience and granite.
The base also has a two-storey massive building with total living area of 150 m². It has a restaurant with 50 seats, a kitchen, a bathroom and service facilities. The restaurant's furniture is made of solid coniferous wood.
The total area of the property is 2 887 m².
The holiday base is located right next to the Tundzha River and in a forest.
