We are glad to present a family house, located in the village of Kokalyane just 6 km from the Ring road of Sofia.
The house is approximately 360 sq.m, it was reconstructed and completely renovated in 2004. It has an adjacent yard of about 679 sq.m, which has a covered garage with a tool room, two outdoor parking spaces, and a well-kept garden.

The bedroom has a furnished wardrobe through which enters a large bathroom/wc, the flooring in the bathroom is of high-quality Italian terracotta tiles and the lining is of the same series of faience.
