Deadlines:

Act 14 is expected for the first 4 houses by December 2021;
Act 16 for the first 4 houses - July 2022;
Act 16 for the other houses - 24 months.

Payment plan:
- 30% deposit;
- 20% upon receipt of Act 14;
- 50% upon receipt of Act 16.
