We present to your attention a unique project of luxury houses, with a panoramic view of the Varna Bay, conveniently located in a picturesque area, near the beach in the district of Asparuhovo.

• The last 3 houses available for sale are of type B2 and have yards of 364; 517; 656 m², respectively,
  
• the houses have a built-up area of 282 m².,
  
• the large ones have 4 bedrooms,
  

There are open parking spaces in the yard of each house, as well as a double garage in the three properties available for sale.

The period for building the house after making a deposit and signing a preliminary contract is from 8 months to 1 year. The completion of the houses is up to BDS level. The last available houses for sale are of rough construction and can be mortgaged if a loan is desired.

The complex is designed for year-round living and is suitable for any family that wants to own a new townhouse with a private yard and a wonderful view of the city and the sea.

The area is quiet and peaceful, with lots of greenery and fresh air. • Reservation - 5000 Euro;
  
• First installment - 30%;
  
• Second installment of Act 14 - 40%;
  
• Last installment after Act 15 - 30%.
