The house is completely renovated, with authentic Revival architecture of stone and wood, the interior corresponds to the exterior, and at the same time the property has modern equipment.

First floor.

Lined with stone, the first floor welcomes you with a spacious living room with a comfortable kitchen: oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, with a beautiful fireplace and a small, neat winery, and on this floor there is an equipped bathroom.

Second floor.

The rooms on the second floor include an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom is named Cabinet 1, 2, 3, with a unique, authentic interior design. Cabinet ¹1 has a private bathroom, private fireplace, sofa and TV, and for Cabinets 2 and 3 the bathroom is shared.

Tavern.

The additional building - tavern, has a large table and fireplace for barbecue, heated by central heating through a boiler. It also has a Russian sauna for 6 people, a bathroom and a toilet.

In the yard there is a swing for children, rattan and wooden furniture, and in summer a hammock (up to 100 kg).

The heating in the house is solved with local heating, and aluminum radiators in each room.
