Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina II reaches structural completion - Act 14

COMFORT RESIDENCE – Malinova Dolina II, the new residential project by the well-established developer Taskov & Stoyanov, has officially received Act 14.

The project continues the successful concept of contemporary, high-quality residential development and is strategically located next to the National Sports Academy, close to Studentski Grad, a future metro station, the Ring Road, and Ring Mall—making it an excellent choice both for owner-occupiers and for investment purposes.

The building features minimalist architecture, abundant natural light, functional layouts, and an elegant façade combining light and dark tones, bronze accents, and large French windows.

Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina II will comprise 40 apartments, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and one four-bedroom unit, distributed over four residential floors and a terraced top floor. The project also offers 41 underground and 10 above-ground parking spaces. Each apartment includes a private storage unit, included in the price.

Ground-floor apartments feature private landscaped gardens, while the top floor offers luxury penthouses with panoramic terraces.

The building will be equipped with two 8-passenger ORONA elevators, and the common areas will be finished according to a designer interior concept, featuring polished natural stone flooring. Construction is carried out by Elite Building Company.

Construction is progressing in line with the approved and pre-planned schedules.

During the past month, the following construction works were completed:

• Formwork, reinforcement, and concreting works up to elevation +12.00 m;

• Completion of the roof slab edge beams;

• Completion of masonry works in the basement;

• Ongoing masonry works at elevations +0.05 m and +3.05 m.

• Planned works for the upcoming month include:

• Completion of masonry at elevations +0.05 m and +3.05 m;

• Masonry works at elevations +6.05 m and +9.05 m;

• Measurement and installation of window frames;

• Commencement of plumbing and electrical installations.
