OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 15

The first Healthy Building in Bulgaria, OKINAWA Boutique Residence, owned by the construction and investment company TASKOV & STOYANOV, now has received Act 15, which confirms that construction is complete and the property is suitable for acceptance. The certificate of occupancy (Act 16) is still pending. The expected commissioning is scheduled for April 2025.

The building, winner of "Boutique Residential Project 2023" award at LUXURY PROPERTY AWARDS 2023, is an excellent example of sustainability, high energy efficiency and a healthy living environment through modern materials and technologies. This is the first project in Bulgaria to be designed and built according to the HEALTHY BUILDING CONCEPT.
