The investor company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners have to pay a fixed annual fee of 6.25 Euro / sq.m apartment per year for maintenance of the complex, or between 260 and 680 euros per year, according to the size of the apartment, which includes:

Marina Hill complex is located in a quiet area in the village of Chernomorets, only 5 min from the beach and 200 m from the shopping area of the city. Chernomorets offers a unique combination of a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, crystal clear waters of the sea, golden sandy beaches, and very mild climate. During the summer, the average temperatures range between 26-30C, and the water temperature is 20-26C.
The fishing town of Chernomorets attracts with its cozy architecture of houses. In the yards of those houses full of flowers, you will find nice restaurants and cafes, shops and everything else you need to spend your holidays enjoyable or even permanently live there. The location of the resort is 23 km south of Bourgas, and north of another resort town - Sozopol (7 km).

• Imperial Beach is a paradise for those who love water sports in Bulgaria: surfing, pedalos, jet skis, water skis, "bananas", parachutes, and many others. The waters here are too warm and clean. The beach is about 8 km, it starts from Chernomorets and reach Santa Marina, Sozopol.
• The Central beach, where the camping site Chernomorets is, now a popular destination for nudists.
• The Beach Rocks offers excellent conditions for sea fishing and diving.
Bourgas International Airport, which serves the area, is 36 km away from the complex.

The construction of Marina Hill complex has been completed. The complex has received permission for usage (Act 16) on 09.09.2009.
Reservation
Apartment complex Marina Hill can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
