Management and maintenance

The investor company offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners are required to pay a fixed annual fee for maintenance of the complex of 480 Euro with VAT per apartment. The fee includes the following services:
• Cleaning and maintenance of the pool;
• Year-round physical security;
• Year-round maintenance and cleaning of common areas and green areas;
• Receptionists;
• Maintenance of facades;

The development 6 is located in a quiet area west of Sunny Beach and before Tunkovo village. It is placed near the 8 km long beach zone of the famous Sunny Beach resort and especially Cacao Beach. The complex is also located near Sveti Vlas marina and the romantic old town of Nessebar. The owners and guests in the complex are offered regular transfer service between the complex and the center of the holiday resort Sunny Beach. Bourgas International Airport is located some 25 km away.

Deferred payment possible are within 3 months, 6 months (50%, 40%, 10%), 1 and 2 years (30%, 30%, 30%, 10%), and is to be discussed between the client and the investor.

In the building blocks A and B (under construction), the prices are as follows:
Studio with or without balcony with 100% payment: 290 Euro per sq.m.
Apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms without terraces with 100% payment: 370 Euro per sq.m.

Prices with deferred payment plan:

Plan of construction

The construction of the complex has begun in 2008 and the complex was completed in 2010. Since 2011 it has been granted a permission for usage.

Payment

Reservation
Any apartment in complex Sunny Day 6 can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 1000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.

Payment Plan

Standard Plan A
• 1000 non-refundable deposit upon reservation of the apartment;
• 30% first installment within 30 days after reservation;
• 30% second installment;
• 30% third installment;
• 10% fourth installment;
The reservation fee is deducted from the final payment.

Plan B deferred payment
• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• the deferred payment installment are within 3 months, 6 months (50%, 40%, 10%), 1 and 2 years (30%, 30%, 30%, 10%) and are subject to further discussion between the investor and the client.
