Request for withdrawal of consent for processing personal data

I declare I WITHDRAW my given consent in favour of SUPRIMMO JSC., the provided data by me to be stored and processed by the company or its affiliates.

With the current declaration I confirm I am aware LUXIMMO JSC. will discontinue the use of the personal data provided by me as soon as possible.

I am aware of my right of objection and a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Commission in case of refusal by Suprimmo Jsc. to comply with the withdrawal of my consent and to continue processing the personal data I have provided.
